?What's actually included in my support?

You'll get a written scope of work before you sign, listing what's covered under your plan and what would be billed separately. If your setup has something unusual, we'll flag it during the assessment instead of after you've signed.

?What are your support hours, and what counts as after-hours?

Our help desk is staffed Monday to Friday during business hours. After-hours and weekend coverage is available for urgent issues, and we'll go over what qualifies as urgent and how it's handled before you ever need it.

?What's your real response time, not a ticket auto-reply?

Twenty minutes on average, and that's a technician reviewing your issue, not an automated confirmation. We can't promise a fix time since that depends on the problem, but we can commit to a fast first response from a person.

?Do you handle compliance for regulated industries?

If you're in financial services, legal, healthcare, or another regulated field, we factor the relevant requirements into your IT plan from the start rather than treating compliance as an add-on.

?Do you take on every client who asks?

No. We turn down businesses when we don't think we're the right fit or don't have the capacity to support them properly. We'd rather tell you that upfront than take you on and fall short.

?Will I get a plan in writing before deciding?

Yes. After the free assessment, you'll receive a written plan covering what we'd do and how we'd work together, so you can decide with the full picture in front of you.
